This policy describes the processing of personal data carried out on the digischool.com corporate site. The group’s consumer products have their own policies, available from each of them.

Data collected and purposes
Contact form: name, email address, organisation and message content, in order to handle the enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to a request.
Applications: information sent spontaneously, in order to consider the application. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures.
Audience measurement: aggregated traffic statistics, only if you consent. Legal basis: consent.
Retention periods
Contact enquiries: three years from the last exchange.
Applications: two years from the last exchange, unless deletion is requested earlier.
Audience measurement trackers: thirteen months at most.
Recipients and processors
Data is accessible only to the internal teams concerned by the enquiry.
Technical providers involved in hosting, email delivery or audience measurement act as processors, under contracts compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR.
Transfers outside the European Union
Where a transfer outside the European Union is necessary, it is governed by an adequacy decision or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. These rights are exercised with dpo@digischool.fr, with proof of identity where there is doubt as to the identity of the requester.
You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris.
Security
Access to data is restricted to authorised staff, exchanges are encrypted in transit, and processing is reviewed periodically.
